A big bowl of ramen from Katsubō. Chef Joe Nierstedt, formerly of fried chicken spot Kinfolk, opened Park Circle restaurant Katsubō Chicken Ramen this summer, and it’s finally starting to feel like soup weather in the Lowcountry.
